Thank you so much! I’m so happy to hear you are looking after yourself by not having all of that in your diet!!

So I used an 8 inch tin (I should pop that in the recipe lol) You can get away with using slightly smaller, the cake will just be a little taller but no bigger 8 is the biggest for this recipe.
