Hey Claire

This is one of my most favourite snack bars! Agreed you get the benefits of having spirulina without the dreaded taste! Yes 1 cup of buckwheat not cooked as you want the crunch texture. If you cook it it will make it very soft. I wouldn&#039;t use buckwheat flour as you don&#039;t need to as this recipe doesn&#039;t involve baking. Sorry I haven&#039;t included the cacao butter ingredient in the filling thanks for pointing that out.I will add that in. It&#039;s 1 cup of coco butter for the filling.
