I recently was at an event and ended up coming home with a lot of packets of grapes, 11 packets lol. So it had to be the main ingredient in this weeks smoothie recipe otherwise I don’t think I would of eaten all of them, and there ain’t nothing getting thrown in my bin,I hate wastage! My Black ‘Beauty’ Grape Smoothie Recipe is targeted to help you gain beauty, youth and radiance whilst being sweet and super easy to do. Only using 4 ingredients that you probably have lying around in your kitchen already. You can blend yourself up a healthy natural beauty drink in no time.


Black grapes in particular are a fantastic beauty food! Anthocyanins are the flavonoid compound that gives black grapes their dark color; the darker the fruit, the higher the anthocyanin content. A natural antioxidant, anthocyanins protect your body from damage from free radicals. Produced as your body breaks down food, reducing the risk of cell damage and death and potentially slowing down the aging process. A study published in the 2010 “Annual Review of Food Science and Technology” found that anthocyanins may help reduce inflammation and cancer activity, alleviate diabetes and control obesity.

  • 1 1/2 cups of red grapes
  • 1 Banana
  • 3/4 cup of Coconut water
  • 1 Apple

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend at highest speed.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
