Sustainable Style Diaries 24 December
Merry Christmas my loves! I am all set to shut off and get some well needed downtime! I'm finally getting some time in my kitchen and cooking up some delicious Plantbased dishes! My Winter White Veggie Soup, Sweet Potato Cheesy Polish Dumplings, Dairy Free Lemon 'Cheeze'Cake and Festive Pomegranite and Apple Spiced Mulled Tea. This is my classic vegan Christmas menu and I can't wait to eat, eat and eat some more lol. I'm spending the holidays with the family and closest ones getting in some realtime. Along with countless walks, plenty reading and did I mention eating lol! I will most definitely spend the time resting and refocusing. This year I have mostly been in autopilot, it really has been full on. Although it has to have been one of the toughest years of my life I am every so grateful for the blessings that have come from it. Forever grateful and forever trusting in the universe.
